First, because condition skin.

Condition skin meant oily skin because this is another cause of pimples. Having oily skin will cause your pores to clog. Be sure to wash your face a couple times a day. You should use sorbitol or glycerin soaps. A good example of this soap is Neutrogena. If you have dry skin, try drinking plenty of water.

Second, because food.

Another junk foods and fast foods are another cause of pimples. Avoid eating foods that contain a lot of sugar, saturated fats, and vegetable oils. An example of the foods you should avoid like chips, cookies, chocolates, cakes, fast food burgers and fries, and other junk foods.

These foods will cause your insulin to spike and cause a hormonal imbalance. That’s why you breakout from eating those foods.

Third, because touching face.

Touching face a lot is one cause of pimples. When you touch your face with oily or dirty hands, you irritate your face. This can cause your face to breakout. Also, scratching your pimples could cause them to spread. So, make sure you don’t scratch them.

How can it be pimples? How about the process?

From here, the hair follicles, or pores, in your skin contain sebaceous glands (also called oil glands). These glands make sebum which is oil that lubricates your hair and skin that able to make pimples.

Although most of the time, the sebaceous glands make the right amount of sebum. But as a teen’s body begins to mature and develop, though, hormones stimulate the sebaceous glands to make more sebum, and the glands may become overactive. So that pores become clogged if there is too much sebum and too many dead skin cells.

The effect is bacteria (especially called Propioni bacterium acnes) get trapped inside the pores and multiply, causing swelling and redness the start of acne.

After appear the new problem, what kind of pimples will be appeared?

Because, pimples has various type. The type of acne that a lot of teens get is called acne vulgaris (the meaning of “vulgaris” isn’t as bad as it sounds — it means “of the common type”). It usually shows up on the face, neck, shoulders, upper back, and chest. Also there are called blackhead and whitehead.

If a pore gets clogged up and closes but bulges out from the skin, you’re left with a whitehead. If a pore gets clogged up but stays open, the top surface can darken and you’re left with a blackhead.

If  the wall of the pore opens, allowing sebum, bacteria, and dead skin cells to make their way under the skin — and you’re left with a small, red bump called a pimple (sometimes pimples have a pus-filled top from the body’s reaction to the bacterial infection).

More bad is if clogged pores that open up very deep in the skin can cause nodules, which are infected lumps or cysts that are bigger than pimples and can be painful. Occasionally, large cysts that seem like acne may be boils caused by a staph infection.
